This workshop and networking event is for all medical technology businesses, startup, small or big, to come together to exchange ideas and connect with subject matter experts in the sector. If you are looking for co-founders or connections in general, come join us for this evening session over pizza and drinks.
We will have with us a special guest from A*Star Diagnostics Development (DxD) Hub, Mr. Ong Jeong Shing (Senior Manager) who will mingle and chat with us and with whom members may seek advice on diagnostics device design, development and documentation. The DxD Hub puts special focus on developing diagnostics medical devices including point-of-care devices. Their expertise includes design optimisation and verification. Mr. Ong may be a valuable connection for those with questions about disease detection and management.

Nicknamed the “Consultant’s Consultant, Dr. Adam CHEE is the Founder & Chief Advocacy Officer of BinaryHealthCare, a social enterprise serving to “Bridge the eHealth Divide” by enabling sustainable innovation in patient-centered care through stakeholders empowerment to achieve context-effective adoption of Digital Health as an enabler.
Bringing 13 years of experience and expertise in strategy & operations, technology & workflow advisory, implementation & adoption of eHealth technologies, Adam had a successful career in the IT industry before venturing into Health Informatics in 2002 and he worked across the healthcare ecosystem including the primary care sector, private & public tertiary hospitals, government health agencies and NGOs across the globe.
His unique background includes working in sales, market development and product management with established MNCs including Agfa HealthCare, CrimsonLogic; innovative Startups and leading the Health IT & Medical Imaging practice within Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific, consulting for Fortune 500 companies like GE, Phillips, TNT and Sony. Adam also ‘earned his stripes’ as an industry pioneer, implementing and managing clinical information solutions during his tenure with Singapore Health Services (SingHealth).
